Triffin- I hit ICIX today for some nice gains and real happy with it.. I am currently out, but waiting to see what the rest of the week brings.. I was playing it based on the volume/chart, but didnt want to stick around because I need to sit back and see just what the terms are and where fair value is etc etc. Any help in that regards would be greatly appreciated! My old buy stop trick was working to a 't' on this one so that made my bruised ego feel good :)

Im back in DRAM one last time.. I still think this one tries for 16.. This company I really really like- just a lousy sector, but I love the fact that they are dealing with high end memory products which are relatively immune right now (operative word is now) to the price plunges in memory.

Incidently- we are hearing that memory prices have bottomed and increases should start.. Right on schedule.. You think the equities market is manipulated..

Jim,

The only issue with ICIX is if the deal gets renegotiated. The purchase is really a play on WCOM purchasing DIGX and DIGX is running out of cash and may not be as attractive a deal for WCOM as it once was. It seems that WCOM may slow roll this deal for a long time to wait and see how the market plays out or try to get better terms.

Regards,

Dave
