I warned everyone that this would happen. I wrote Clinton several letters telling him that the Albanians would eventually turn the guns on us. Of course, he was probably too busy with a cigar to care. I hope that George W will bring the troops home from the Balkans, Africa, Haiti, and God knows all the other places he has em directing traffic and handing out flour. We should throw em a big parade, and thank the troops for a job well done. -John
