Me neither. But a couple of rich guys have. Victor, Logic works both ways. You could have rich criminals who are generous enough to employ thousands of people in their enterprises, OTOH, you could have homeless siphoning off your tax dollars for their welfare. Now, the party whose way the balance tilts is the major culprit (punching bag)...
