Sorry, I strongly disagree. And that's probably the only thing that Jessie Jackson and I would agree upon, too. First, certain specified and favored minorities are purportedly protected by law, although not "well protected" in reality. Meanwhile, while other minorities are ignored. In fact, white males are a minority in this country, and they are freely bashed and trampled upon in courts and elsewhere every day, in the name of furthering other minorities' rights. Second, neither you, nor anyone else is excused for being ignorant of how the system works to protect minority rights. If you don't understand it, perhaps you ought to make an effort to. Please don't go around propounding radical changes to one part of the system without understanding it and how it affects others, and their rights.
