Hi Dave - I never buy a small or micro cap unless they have a good balance sheet with enough cash, low debt and solid cash flow to begin with. The rate cuts and a general economic bounce would make investors more inclined to invest part of their loot in the small cap sector, lifting prices overall. But stock selection is crucial - find companies you would want to invest in privately if you could based on their business. Usually those plays will pay off in the stock price eventually (i.e. takes patience). Welcome to the thread - please contribute whenever you like.
