We were down again yesterday despite positive news. People sold as soon as the rate cut hoopla died. We dropped on a larger % scale than even commerce one which I found unusual. Now that the Fed cut the discount rate again last night, and if the numbers this morning continue to point to another possible cut at the end of this month, do we finally see FMKT transcend 22 and reach 30 today? It seems as if we cannot stay up until we hear ARBA's earning next week. The bad part about that is YHOO reports the day before, and even though everyone expects them to miss, the market will react badly and drive all stocks down. We could see a nice bounce the next day before ARBA's earnings but how bad will YHOO affect the market. I guess we will find out next week.
