Agreed.. I think a .25 is adequate for up close and personal, like for assassins, but to get the job done when close is good enough nothing compares to a large caliber pistol... there's nothing like looking down the barrel of a .45 to change someone's mind.....<g> BTW, 3" at 60 feet is excellent grouping, do you compete in matches?

Have you seen the new Berreta the US Army is issuing. Nice piece. I do prefer the S&W M-59 however. JLA

I have a firestar in .40...nickled version....a bit heavy but it will take a pounding....being a lefty I appreciate ambi-safety......
