The markets in Europe are up. Financial circles in London, Zurich, and Frankfurt are taking the rate cut "cum grano salis!" The argument is that the slow down is still here!
Lets wait and see before jump in and commit capital!

The counter argument is that The blue chips are too depressed and this is the time to buy for long term, and that the bottom is here and now! Though the us rates are cut USD is strong and that means the EC is flowing back into US equity market! The common belief is that long time NAZ is going up to cover up what it had lost in two previous trading days!

I like to see what the shamefaced Mr. Niles will hash-up today! G
