Ditch, I'm surprised that you would repeat some trite, overused slogan. I always credited you with more originality. Oh well, it's not the first thing I've been wrong about. :) With the Affinity cash flow, TIGI is not desperate to do any deal under any terms. My view of Disney--one of the richest private enterprises on the planet--is that they would negotiate a starving man down to a pound of cardboard if they could. Paul Henry said TIGI now has other more desirable business in the pipeline. This is a good price, Ditch. You could buy in today. Regards, Suzanne
