Which principles of conservatism do you mean? The ones where federal judges do not substitute their interpretations of state laws for the interpretations made by state courts in the absence of a compelling Federal interest, or the ones where they do anything they have to do (including violating the first set of so-called conservative principles) in order to ensure that the political outcome favored by social conservatives wins? As far as I can tell, the latter is the only conservative principle to come out of the USSC in recent years.

As for honor and dignity, a man who was a drunk until after he was 40 years old, who was a regular cocaine user, and who never made a dime that wasn't handed to him by his daddy or his daddy's friends has a lot to learn about honor and dignity before he starts pontificating to the rest of us about it. Clinton was a flawed man to be sure, but no more so than Bush is -- wait and see, his lying and cheating will surely catch up with him -- especially now that the spotlight is pointed only at him.
