I think the rate cut will make the tax cut less needed and less likely.

I feel the cut is a done deal, how much is the question. Gephardt came out yesterday in favor of a cut. Reminds me of the fools on the Bush thread who kept posting the dems would never pass a cut. Now they're calling for one.
