CMB, let me get this straight.

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it is probably a duck. Ok,I think I am beginning to get the hang of this. So....if it looks like a POS and smells like a POS, then ...............

Barney, quit the GLOATING... You have uncovered important Facts...

but don't let it go to your head... Long term investors in SEVU should welcome any true fact about the Company, no matter how bad it is in the short term... This was posted on iHUB before your Report came out and I am not talking about Cox as a CEO, but saying he can hold the Fort on an interim basis, if the need arises...

¶ SEVU has lost a Great Deal of CREDIBILITY....

in the past few weeks and here are a few ideas that could help rebuild Investor's confidence...

1) Take advantage of the current low price to get rid of all the Skeletons and Clean up the Slate for a new start... This would entail disclosing such things as the reasons for the production delays, Status of certain wildly optimistic PR's, Status of Logis-Tech, Proxy Statement, Date when SEVU was advised that the move to AMEX was compromised, etc...

2) Appoint a new IR/PR Firm to remove any appearance of cronyism...

3) Appoint a new CEO with a proven record of success and established Credibility, while McBride becomes Chairman of the Board and have the Company operated along professional standards, rather than in a "seat of the pants" style...

4) Only issue PR's when reporting a "Fait Accompli", in sales, new Agreements, new products, etc... It's a bad idea to accustom shareholders to a regular regime of PR's and other communications, as worthwhile News are unlikely to fit a regular schedule, which may result in PR's devoid of substance and/or accuracy...

I am sure other posters have some ideas on how to restore SEVU's Credibility, they'd like to share with the Thread....
