RE:SEVU (OTC BB) VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE 01.07.01

I'm going to try and put an end to this A&P thing. I can tell you an investigation has been active. I have several dozen stockholders who want to file a class action suit against him and his group.

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FORTHCOMING CLASS ACTION

Please e-mail your name and address via the "contact us" page here on the website or directly from your email program to general@seaview.com. General counsel has already been decided on in California.

Prior to Anthony's releasing all this trash, I invited him to fly here and view the documents, test the products, and meet with our people. I even told him he could see the lab, which is not on our regular tour. I got the feeling that, because one of his "operatives" had already lied his way inside, Anthony already knew we were quite real! It would not have served his purpose to get real facts.

We have some more audio yet to hear from Ken Cook. I stand corrected that JR did state Ken's position as Production Manager. I was also informed the cost of my Christmas present was $4,500. However, anyone here will tell you that Chris Hester has been with me from the beginning and has always been the real production guy. With the average weekly pay here at around $550 and a huge need for help in the job market, I doubt that any employee is going to lie to protect their job. One more thing...Arch Cook has been with me a long time, the bulk of his nest egg was employee bonus stock!

I'm also assuming we will hear from the girl Ken pressed for weeks to get hired. She worked as a receptionist. She had problems, and it is well-known that I try to help people and give them second chances...in her case, many chances.

The fact is I have allowed a few people with questionable legal problems to come to work here. Call it a gut feeling, but I believe in second chances and I know mistakes can be made... although I was NOT convicted of anything, everyone continues to say "convicted felon."

I intend to proceed first thing Monday morning with legal action against Mr. Ken Cook. The case is on tape, and I'm assuming more evidence will be available, as well as some other people involved.

I no longer see any humor in this undertaking. Think about this: MY FAMILY AND LIFE HAVE BEEN THREATENED. That is a separate matter for my family and the Police. Even on Raging Bull, my life has been threatened (post 17929) by a person calling himself "kcpoisonarrow."

We have disproven Anthony with real documents. He has none. I'm told we will not be able to make the February 5th date for our stockholders' meeting. However, we will be holding an OPEN HOUSE. We have a limited number of rooms at the resort next door, so please call ASAP. You must RSVP to attend this open house, 1pm to 6pm on Saturday, February 5th. If you are not on the list by January 31st, you will not be admitted. I will be available for questions, and the products, employees, and the entire facility will be open for viewing.

See for yourself! Why take anyone else's word?

Rich

Online Law Portal LoisLaw.com Reportedly Files Corporate Cybersmear Lawsuit

On December 17, Jim Lovel of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported that LoisLaw.com, "a marketer of legal databases", is among the latest to commence a corporate cybersmear lawsuit. According to the report:

Loislaw.com of Van Buren, a marketer of legal databases, joined the fray last week when it filed a defamation suit against two people who posted anonymous critical messages on its company message board. Loislaw claims that the messages damaged the company's stock price and revealed confidential information.

The company's general counsel, Sam Sexton III, used the legal procedure favored by most companies who sue to halt anonymous criticism. He filed a John Doe lawsuit along with a request for a subpoena to force Yahoo, which sponsored the message board, to reveal the true identities of the two people. The company knows them only as snow99992000 and Howabout2000.
