Hi John,
Curiosity forces me to ask you a question.
I totally agree with you that financials are the place to be at the present time. I'm also increasing my positions in some REITs.
The question is: Why not go with QQQ or XLK? That way you would avoid the high expenses of ProFunds as well as the the concern over the Capital Gains distributions.

I opted not to, because I'm becoming increasing wary of not remaining heavily invested in UOPIX for thenext ride up.

well, I don't want to single you out, but I zm very leary of this move just because many many people express the same sentiment... expectations are just too high (of course, mine could be too low!)
