INTC is up now in another of my tests for measuring the potential of the AG event. If it can bust up through $35/$36 or so it should be the start of a nice reversal for it. The fight is on there yet and this is an easy short for a scalp imho because it will not get through on the first try. Early days...

Yow! I just took a look at local mortgage rates - 30 year fixed 6 3/4 with zero points, 6 1/2 with one point, 6 1/8 with 2 3/8 points. 5 5/8 with something called a 2-1 buydown, whatever that is. Time to think about refinancing!
