OT> Switched on CNBC for a minute. . . pumping a "proprietary" scanner for tracking sector movement. Very nice. But when asked whether it is available to the general public the answer was "definitely not". . .

The Individual Investor loses the most money when kept in the dark.

Never forget that it has only been a few years since we have been able to access Real-Time quotes without spending an arm and a leg. Prior to that the Individual Investor was forced to trade on a 15 minute delay. Can you imagine trying trade yesterday with your quotes delayed by 15 minutes?

When information about the markets is restricted from the Individuals. . . .you must ask why. . .and this reveals the injustices in the markets. It's OUR MONEY invested!! Shouldn't we have EQUAL ACCESS to information about our stocks???

Equal access is something we will be fighting for over the years to come. Meanwhile, we'll be creating our own proprietary data. . . .which is unavailable to the street. . . [without breaking SEC regs to access]. That will be fun.

The more we explore the inner workings of the markets the more injustice we find. And after what we have uncovered so far, it is a wonder that the Individual Investor has ever been able to make gains in these markets!!

However, the times, they are a-changin'.
