As of today and through tomorrow, once you make the "Security Additions" list you are eligible to trade that day but in most cases trading usually occurs the next day or a couple of days later depending on if the Market Makers are ready or not ready for trading. (*see new regulations below starting after 1/5/01)

I have checked a couple of new listings going back to 12/29/00 and some have traded the first day (the day of Security Addition) and some are not yet trading but they have been cleared to trade.

Based on this, my assumption is unless we get cleared tomorrow then the next clearing day would be Tuesday 1/9 since the" OTCBB System Changes are Frozen on January 8, 2001" which means we are looking at Wednesday 1/10 for the first realistic trading date based on the new regulations begining after January 5, 2001.

The New Regulation:
"the OTCBB would like to advise all Market Makers that, after January 5, 2001, any security cleared by the OTC Compliance Unit will not be available for quotation on the OTCBB until the following business day."
