Rebounding wealth effects will make their way into the economy well before the rate cuts do.

It's all back to my question, "When does thinking you're sick make you sick and when does thinking you're getting well make you well?" (Or something to that effect.) For awhile our economy was creating its own demise; with rate cuts it'll create its rebirth. And the market looks ahead.
