With your explanations that somehow the Electoral Process "protects" the "Will" of Urban Voter from the Metropolitan Voter.. The Fact still remains, that the end result was that the "Will of the majority of Voters" was superseded in lieu of the "Will" of the Minority of Voters.. No matter how you try and justify it..
