Yes, but where do we see these fees? They weren't deducted directly from my account. I would think they are simply taken from the distribution proceeds before the distributions are paid to us. I could be wrong about how they acquire their fees, but I know for a fact that I have not been charged a dime while investing with ProFunds, at least not directly. The tax problem you mentioned is a concern though.
