Aus, could you amplify a little? Did the broker call your father before the downgrade was announced, or afterwards? My Dad said he was called pre-market the day of the announcement. I asked him specifically about this phone call. The general tone of the message was basically buckle your seatbelts, we're putting the axe out on SanDisk today and if you are thinking of lightening your position put a sell order in right away at the open. He specifically said they were anticipating a "$12 to $14 dollar drop" in SanDisk when all was said and done. Aus
