No!! Simply part of the Checks and Balances in the system that our forefathers put in place... Nothing Anti-Democracy about that...

Besides.. Senators and Representative's are Elected by the Will of the Masses.. That's the way a Democracy really works.. My Beef is with the Electoral College System.. Plain and Simple..

It is really hard to defend the concept in a Democracy, but easy in a "Democratic Republic".. Like China or Iraq.
