So the one company (SK Telecom) who is mandated by the government to reduce subscribers in order to complete their deal, was used by Cabi to extrapolate growth rates for the other providers??? How typical...

>> South Korea Unveils Five-Year Radio Infrastructure Plan

RDSL
04 January 2001

South Korea's Ministry of Information & Communication has announced a five-year plan to promote new radio infrastructures such as 5-GHz high-speed wireless Internet networks, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and Bluetooth technology.

Funds for companies developing these technologies will be available from end-March 2001. The ministry also plans to develop next-generation technology such as 4G mobile communications services, and high-altitude platform stations (HAPS) for aviation telecoms.

Sales of Bluetooth-enabled devices are forecast to reach US$40 billion worldwide by 2005, according to Internet Data, a U.S. technology research firm. <<

SK Telecom is an NYSE listed company and subject to SEC Fair Disclosure rules. I wonder why they would violate this rule to make this material disclosure to Cabi.

BG - Mr Cabi doesn't give up. He has now found someone with some news possibly indicating a slowdown in one product in one market.

I wonder if there are any products in any markets that are doing well? Perhaps soon Mr Cabi will find such and print it.

Best regards,

L
