there have been some vague hints of a rift developing between the Fed and other CBs. i wouldn't be surprised...any responsible central bankster must be appalled considering the size of the US credit bubble has become such as to almost constitute an implicit blackmail threat to foreign lenders.
it's like "better keep supporting the dollar and the bubble, or else..." the unspoken 'else' being that all foreign held US IOUs could become worthless.
