My extremely negative bias just got worse.
This FED rally is practically dead on the vine.
<Financials are now progressing to the red.
FNM and FRE are getting hammered, and even "safe" stocks like MRK are getting killed.

MSFT is in a very very tight range today on what I presume to be high volume. This 100% smacks of distribution to me.

If I was not heavy in PUTs, I would buy MSFT PUTs right now.>

FNM, FRE, MRK all defensive stocks, drop is expected with rotation out of them.

Pullback today and tomorrow not informative, IMHO, after massive rise in Naz yesterday.

Bulls and bears have cases, jury is still out, IMHO.

When not sure, I stay out. So I am out <g>.

No wonder, Money is moving out of defensive stocks. I thought today was rather good considering where we came from during the year and massive bull signal we got yesterday. All this selling is setting up another short smashing session. Anyone shorting now is just going to get smashed if they stay to long! The time short was when the moms thought they were trading pro's. Shorting now is pure and simple gambling and feeding on left overs from the real bears that have left already. Ask yourself the following questions as look in the mirror while you hold your latest account report and the last one with the most value on it from last year. Was I late last year to see that the bull was over? I'm late now that I finally become a bear?

Mike - don't give up on the drugs just yet. If the employment #'s tomorrow truly suck (can i say that on the internet), the newly rotated tech $ may find their way to money heaven tomorrow as PFE, MO and other traditional safety plays catch a bid. Just speculating.....for a trade.
Best,
