It's possible we could have a new bottom because we don't really know how bad earnings are going to be for the next few months.

But in face of yesterdays cut buy the Fed, the big move downwards is over.

Nobody fights the Fed and wins. That is one thing that I have learned over time. (and believe me I've been taught a few hard lessons many years ago!)

Trading in the next 6 months could get interesting but it will require an iron stomach and nerves of steel.
