Hi ... bear markets never qualify when they start ... how could they? That does not mean they do not end up being bear markets. But the term itself is retrospective, never prospective.

Also, please understand that I am not a permabear. I have been basically bullish for many, many years.

But this is a bear market. Time will tell that it is. Obviously in my opinion.
