I never advocate loading the boat on a bounce play like WGRD - but if the fundies and the demand for their products are solid, plays like WGRD and XIRC usually pay off with the patience you noted is necessary.

Once WGRD moves up again over 15, it will be a good play to sell covered calls since the premium is pretty steep.
