That WSJ article was rather interesting in how it pointed out that Fed rate hikes probably increase consumer activity as they opted to purchase "now" while rates were low, thus adding fuel to the economic fire.

Looking from here there is no thought at all in anyone i speak to about purchasing houses etc as prices are too high.

I think these rates drops are going to confirm suspicions that we are in trouble period . We had a Japanese style boom the kind that go kerplunk
