***********GOOD-BYE EVERONE!!!!!*********

Until now, contrary to the claims of the bashers, I have never had any professional ties to CIO. I have never been paid or supported by the company in any way.

However, recently I have been asked to help CIO in their marketing and education effort with the Photonic Stimulator. Because I will be paid as part time independent contractor to go to trade shows and conferences, I feel that it would be unethical to post information on the chat boards in the future.

Although I will still maintain the Raging Bull Friends board, I am going to stop posting, even on that board.

My reasons for agreeing to help the company stem from my belief that the Photonic Stimulator is an excellent physical therapy modality that will be sensational when combined with many types of diagnostic tools, including thermal imaging. I think it will be an additional profit center that will begin CIO’s development of a real revenue stream and eventual profitability.

I also believe that CIO’s breast cancer diagnostic system has a great shot at being the state-of-the-art adjunct to mammography in the not too distant future. I am so convinced of the value of the machine and the quality of the management team that I continue to hold a large number of shares, in spite of the bear market and the weakness in the stock price. I sincerely believe that those who continue to hold will be amply rewarded as we move into the final stretch of module 5 submission and FDA approval.

I will still be around, lurking, reading and enjoying the discussions. But, I think you all can understand my hesitation at posting while having ANY professional ties to the company.

I will miss the bantering, the friendship and even the bickering. I look forward to seeing many of you in the future and am sure that we will maintain contact by phone and email to maintain our relationship.

I want to wish all of you good luck with your investments in 2001, especially with CIO.

Sincerely,

Curtis aka chirodoc
