Bear Market? I saw a normal ABC retracement to the prior bull move.. People think capitulation is needed, 4th waves are deceiving in this respect, unlike the 2nd wave down from Jul to Oct98 which did show capitulation.. I believe we are beginning the 5th big wave to new highs.. Once this is complete a couple years from now or more with the indexes much higher than their previous highs, we could be in for a real bear market.. >><<
