Dang! But then again, arno is probably just letting is bison patties decompose in the open fields rather than using them as an organic fuel.

What is amazing is that they de-regulated the Utilities in California.

Now they cannot even light the Christmas Tree in Sacramento. Shows you what government intervention does for ya.
