Oh okay, I sat on the phone with BLS yesterday for 45 minutes trying to get the phone outlet that we need for DSL switched over to the girls line. You have to block the remaining outlets, and they said the more you block, the slower it is..so we have less jacks on their line...anyhow, it seems because I am switching the line, they also have to send me another modem which I don't need because I already have one. I told them this and they send to send it back when I got it. I asked why they couldn't "Not send it" and I wouldn't have to send it back? It's not that easy I was told, evidentally not..Oh well one of these days, I may get DSL.
