It is an expensive deal. No doubt. "like Minefinders four and half million ounces ($145 cash cost) at two bucks (ten million mkt cap, EV) an ounce already proven up. A lot cheaper", or buy FGX or buy BAY. Lots of ifs.

If a major buys out NDE they will take off $7 per ounce of the purchase price.

I have to read this. They have to spend to prove the resource then they have to buy what they found. Cool deal!
