NO GREY AREA HERE FOLKS! < but it astonishes me -- no, actually it doesn't, but it pi**** me off -- that otherwise intelligent people seem to be so lacking when it comes to an understanding or appreciation of our own nation's history, politics, constitution, judicial system, and culture, and how they interact. A tribute to public education> Actually the tribute to Public Education is that we teach out Children and Grand-Children that our system of Government is a Democracy.. And it appears several members of this thread seem to have been "Buffaloed" by this inaccuracy!! <Our founding fathers were amazing in how they established the government of these United States.> I agree.. Some concepts were amazing. However, The Electoral College is not one of them.. It only acts to create "apathy" among our society.. Poor Aloha Mike knows their is no sense even going to the polls in Hawaii, because the Democrats have the Electoral Votes Locked Up!! His vote for President is Valueless.. PCSTEL
