1. Subject Francois Goelo offered confidential informant which is a U.S. citizen a private placement in InvestorsHub.com. Offering was a $10,000 investment. Around the time we were raising capital, Goelo expressed an interest. So, he got sent a PP package, just like anybody else who would want to invest. The minimum 'group' investment was $250,000. He had to raise that much for his group to invest. No kickbacks from me, no % deals. No nothing. He got the share for share what he paid for. But, I found another source of investment capital, so Goelo and his group was never involved. Up until recently, all funding has come out of my pocket. TS wrong on point #1. So as you can see by your own statement Goelo was trying to sell confidental informant a private placement. Fact is I knew nothing about any private placements at all in investors hub until I was informed by confidential informant.

4. Francois Goelo who offered private placement in investors hub has deleted many messages on the SEVU investors hub message thread which were not in violation of the terms and service of investors hub. Facts are many posts that revealed the truth about SEVU were deleted in an apparent pump and dump scheme to defraud investors. Wrong. That isn't the way the system works. The chairman temporarily removes posts, until an admin can say "yes, against rules" or "no, not against rules (in which case the post is restored)--nothig is actually 'deleted', just hidden I suggest you go and take a look at the posts Goelo has deleted as well as bulldope. The other side of SEVU would have been known earlier since facts which would have shown this were kept from the general public. This fact that people posts were deleted which were not in violation of any terms of service most likely discouraged people from posting factual information. Thus the result was a pump and dump which has occured on your web site because of Goelo. I know you are not blind and I also know you know Goelo very well since he was a part of another pump and dump penny stock web site and was a part of your trading group. Fact is it was your previous web site Matt

2. Francois Goelo who offered private placement may have an interest in investorshub.com. It is not known if Francois Goelo recieved compensation for such private placements which usually tyical in these types of transactions. Goelo holds no shares, receives no compensations, no nothing from IH. He is simply a poster, just as you are. Thanks for clearing it up Matt. But please dont compare FG666 to me as just being a poster. Facts are he is running a pump and dump mesage thread on your web site and is able to control the content for his own good.

3. Francois Goelo controls the Investors Hub message thread for SEVU. It has not been confirmed if Richard McBride has invested in Investors Hub but as Francois Goelo stated McBride should come clean with all undisclosed information to the public. Anybody can control a thread, as long as they start it. Goelo was first to start SEVU thread. he can be replaced if there is a problem with him. McBride holds no shares either. "Anybody can control a thread, as long as they start it" Thats what I have been saying Matt. Goelo controls the thread, deletes factual posts that do not serve his purpose and controls the content and thus the pump and dump. Am I missing something here which is very clear to everyone else?</b.
