Yeah, I know I've read all about it. The Press hasn't ignored it, but it is quite easy to sign a law from behind your comfortable desk when you are Governor or in the Senate.

But when Ashcroft needs a campaign issue when he has a race coming up, he's just as corrupt as most other politicians.

He had a race coming up so he opposed Ronnie White's nomination to Federal Courts. He needed an issue!!

But he's polite, gracious and an "old boy" in the Senate so the the evil or dark-side of his nature surfaces when he needs an issue or when he's already in office. Then, he can afford to forget about his image for awhile and show his true character.

He'll probably get confirmed because of his "old boy" ties in the Senate, but Senators and House of Representatives members have to stand for election, unlike the Supreme Court members who have a job for life.

So go away, Mag. I told have time for you. You once told me you were going to put me on "your Ignore List". Now, it is my turn.
