I have no bone with Lott, but I respect that you don't care for him. There are quite a few on the Democrats side that I don't care, and even one or two Republicans.

Can I ask exactly why you don't care for Lott?

I think it's a ploy by Lott to be able to blame future legislative sabotage/losses on the Dems AND GWB, so he can control who is the 2004 GOP candidate for president.

I have to ditto your comment on Lott. he is scary. The book "Sell Out" by David Shippers certainly provides a lot of ammunition to say we are correct.
