One more thought:

IMO, whether the Yen can turn around will largely depend on the economy in China. The key is the WTO entry for China and a quick jump start for the market and the credit buildup. I think in 2-3 years, things will be better in that part of the world, and we may see more far easterners waving both arms up and down, shouting Banzai cheerfully, which I've been doing every nite before going to bed. <gg>
