Why do reporters try to price nat gas in 'per million btu's". While this can be done, the common terminology is mmcf (million cubic feet). However at this point I will admit some confusion...

mcf = thousand cubic feet ???
mmcf = million cubic feet ???

At any rate it dows not equal anything btu-related. I think reporting on this is a bit sloppy as I have seen it written many ways, but no adjustment is made for the measurement used.

Hell, I done confused myself.
