It would be bigger if SKT considered it 3G. It does NOT. In addition to those items I mentioned in my post to Tom, I neglected to mention the obvious ... that SKT is still trying to take down subscribers by mandate, and has probably run out of marginal subscribers to hack. When everything is in place, deployed in scale, running properly, and some new services are launched that take advantage of peak speeds of 144kbps v. 64 kbps, than I'm sure we'll get proper publicity. - Eric -
