The simple fact is regardless of what this thread believes, we all would have been better off heeding Cramer's warning!! and this is how system works. Cramers said something and most small guys are selling making Cramers and his friends: hedge founds very happy. It was well planned before he said it. The simple fact it that when shorts sell JDSU they buy SDLI and they are safe no matter what. After merger, watch out. Hedge founds hit JDSU after merger was moved by one month. ZO
