Clinton is giving Bush the opportunity to show his true colors. Bush will say that the move is "too extreme" and it "threatens jobs", and frighten people into throwing away their inheritance. Looks like we will soon be back in the land of environmental and fiscal depravity, which we have missed so much over the last eight years.
