hb - ...i strongly disagree. it IS significant, because it has never happened before!... My point was that the news was not news. -g- The extra 1/4 point was clearly obvious and spelled out in the original announcement. For people to be quoted as calling it a surprise is just an other indication that the knowledge of factual reality is sometimes useless for trading as the people who trade on the news are often going into a battle of wits unarmed. -g- Regards, Don
