ot: California needs to reform their socialist state government tendencies. It's not up to the rest of the US to bail them out for ignorant decisions. I wish CSCO would move more of their operations to TX and NC. Right now, CA is bad for business.knc

As much as I'd hate to see it I think the state government (that means us taxpayers) are going to bail this thing out. I can not believe the mess the utilities along with help from a half-assed deregulation program sponsored by the state has got us into. That coupled with the gouging going on by the whoresalers..... Unbelievable.
