Two news media organizations and the Republican Party started sifting through
more than 20,000 disputed ballots in Palm Beach County Tuesday, in what could
be a marathon task.

Some ballots had barely an indentation in the ``three'' or ``five'' position, the spot
for President-elect George W. Bush and unsuccessful presidential candidate Al
Gore. Other ballots were riddled with problems -- from hanging chads to strips of
tape.

Just admit it Kenneth, no one will ever know the exact count, even after the so called recount. (I forget, is this the 3rd or 4th recount?) What a waste of time.

Well I'm certain that any recount will simply remove votes from the Gore percieved totals and in the end all except the blind faithful minions of the Master of Truth will agree that Bush got more legal votes (as in he won) and Gore got a mess of bogus votes and thus is the biggest loser in not having the common sense to know that he was the loser.

Mr Gore has to many dimples on the brain.
