What a pure shame his detractors do not have 5% of his class. And that's the bottom line. Reasonable minds could differ on Ashcrofts views on affirmative action, judicial selections, etc. But the debate has been framed in terms of bigotry and racism (typical demolib tactics)instead of political differences. No useful purpose is served here except the demolib goal of winning at any cost. JLA
