"The market may choose to wait and see." Probably, but companies won't...bottom line is cheaper capital, and a green light from the Fed to go spend and innovate. Corporations can't afford for their market caps to recover to levels where they feel good about spending money on new product development. The race IS on again, however, like you mention...the market may not choose to reflect this. If we can get through the next few weeks w/o an earnings warning, we should be in great shape. Rinks
