We don't really have THAT much left. To avoid PMI, we opted for 20% down. I should be comfortable enough to do decent sized trades around the end of April/May, depending on bonuses (not holding my breath).

I don't want to miss the next tech rally, either. Just pulling this out of my a**, I'd figure NAZ won't reach 3000 for another six months or so. I'll be establishing small positions up until then. I love techs. I love gambling.
