Ted <I know you are buying a house but you might want to throw some $$$ into the banks or some retail that you think has upside. What I am trying to do is position myself so that I have good $$$ to put into the next tech rally.> We don't really have THAT much left. To avoid PMI, we opted for 20% down. I should be comfortable enough to do decent sized trades around the end of April/May, depending on bonuses (not holding my breath). I don't want to miss the next tech rally, either. Just pulling this out of my a**, I'd figure NAZ won't reach 3000 for another six months or so. I'll be establishing small positions up until then. I love techs. I love gambling. Dave
