I love this logic.

Over valuation is (was) generally restricted to sector issues that have "Street" sponsorship.

The very individuals/organizations that created the froth are those who now criticize valuations. Did anbody FORCE the underwriters to offer shares at 4X their current value?

Those organizations and "the media" do everything they can to cloud these issues and to hide the fact that $$$$$ are made from the excesses.

Dotcoms, biotechs..... underwriters have made a ton of money, taking it from the naive.

I'd *love* to assign analysts to their own personal hell...... an obligation to make a living from their own advice and knowledge.

Did Eric have any concern on 11/02/00 when IDPH closed at 218? ML was the lead underwriter for an IDPH offering on 3 November.
